Villa Smeraldo è un complesso di miniappartamenti che vengono concessi in locazione, da 1 a 30 giorni, già ammobiliati e corredati di quanto necessario ad una permanenza abitativa di tipo transitorio.

Villa Smeraldo is:
a complex of mini-apartments that are rented from 1 to 30 days, already furnished and equipped with what is necessary for a temporary residence.
The rent includes (flat rate) the consumption of water, electricity, gas and wi-fi.
The lessor does not provide additional services of any kind.
As per law 9 December 1998 n. 431, (“Discipline of leases and the release of buildings used for residential purposes”) this type of lease is regulated by articles 1571 and following of the Civil Code.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Smoking is prohibited in the apartments of Villa Smeraldo.
- Pets are not allowed in the apartments of Villa Smeraldo.
- In the apartments of Villa Smeraldo silence is enforced from 24.00 to 8.00 and noises or behaviors that may disturb other guests are not allowed.
- Villa Smeraldo does not have a 24-hour reception and therefore, for organizational reasons, we ask you to communicate your approximate arrival time in advance.
- It is possible to check-in every day from 14.00 pm.
- It is possible to check-out (at the latest) by 10.30 am.
- Other times can be agreed in advance with the Management.
- Minors are accepted only if accompanied by a parent/s or an adult responsible.
